An NIAE Test Report in almost mint condition for the County Full-Track crawler based on the Fordson E27N Major tractor with the TVO engine. Consisting of 9 sheets plus a photograph of the tractor, this is only the second Test Report issued by the NIAE. These early reports are extremely rare, especially in this condition.
